Steps to Admission

Step 1: Admission Inquiry

Parents and guardians are encouraged to visit the school to learn more about our curriculum, teaching methodology, and values. They would receive a guided tour of the campus to familiarize themselves with the school’s environment and facilities.

Step 2: Registration

To initiate the admission process, parents must visit the school’s admission office and complete the registration form. Please carry the following documents for registration:
One recent passport-sized photograph of the child and parents.

Step 3: Submission of Application & Documents

Once the registration form is completed, it should be submitted along with the required documents. Parents should ensure that all information provided is accurate. In case a child requires any special assistance due to health reasons, the school must be informed at this stage.

Documents required at the time of admission:

Copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
Aadhaar Card copy of the Child as well as both the parents
4 passport-sized photographs of the student
1 passport-sized photograph of both the parents
School Leaving Certificate from the previous school
Original documents to be presented for verification

Step 4: Admission Decision

Admissions are granted based on the school’s admission criteria. The final decision regarding admission will be made by the school management.

Step 5: Payment of Fees

Once admission is confirmed, parents will be required to complete the fee payment process to secure the seat.

Step 6: Parent Orientation Program

Before the commencement of the academic session, a Parent Orientation Program will be conducted to introduce parents to the school’s vision, mission, values, and academic framework. This session will also provide guidance on how parents can actively participate in their child’s educational journey at Prabhupad Gurukul.
