I) General Guidelines
At Prabhupad Gurukul, we believe that every child and parent becomes a part of our extended family, fostering an environment of care, respect, and holistic development. Admissions to PRABHUPAD GURUKUL are granted in accordance with CBSE guidelines and the school’s policies. The school upholds a policy of non-discrimination concerning caste, creed, religion, nationality, or individual learning needs, ensuring an inclusive environment for all students. The final decision regarding admission lies solely with the school management.

- The fee structure is available at the School Office and on the School Website.
- Fees shall be paid as per the schedule prescribed by the school.
IV) Admission Confirmation & Code of Conduct
Admission is confirmed only after full payment of the admission fee and submission of all necessary documents.
Parents must ensure that their child adheres to the school’s code of conduct, discipline, and academic expectations.
Any misrepresentation or concealment of facts may lead to cancellation of admission.
V) Withdrawal & Transfer Policy
A written application for withdrawal must be submitted at least one month in advance.
The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only upon clearance of all dues.
No refunds will be provided for mid-session withdrawals, except in exceptional cases approved by the school management.
The school reserves the right to revoke admission in case of severe disciplinary issues or failure to meet academic and behavioral standards.
VI) Compliance with CBSE Regulations
The admission process strictly adheres to CBSE guidelines and any amendments made by the Board.
The school maintains proper records of admission documents for verification during inspections.
